The interview was conducted (in Korean) in observance of the 68th anniversary of the Armistice Agreement of the Korean War signed on July 27, 1953. The talk includes conversations about Maija’s autobiographical book, The Voices of Heaven, and the major leaders who led the course of the war, i.e., General Douglas MacArthur, President Harry S. Truman, President Synman Rhee, and General Paik Sun Yup. Maija’s older brother, Soon-bak Rhee served as a Korean Navy communications specialist and participated in the Incheon Landing carried out by General MacArthur. The link:
